Diet, Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 coffee.

Lunch: 4 chips stolen from Nikki, a diet shake and a banana.

Somewhere I cheated and had a nutella sammich.

Dinner: Palm sized piece of steak with steamed peas and carrots.

1 hr 30 mins of brisk walking.

Also, yesterday I did 40 minutes of walking and forgot to list it.
